San Francisco Business Attorney

Every business shares the same challenges, including the need to enter into contracts and agreements and negotiate and dispute terms of a deal. This is the reality of business today for organizations large or small.

At Dimitriou & Associates, we are business attorneys in San Francisco who have expertise in many complementary areas of practice including the following:

  • Real estate
  • Taxation
  • Estate planning
  • Landlord-tenant relations

Because of this, our San Francisco business attorneys can counsel our clients on business matters that involve a mix of real estate, taxation, San Francisco county accountant liability and other issues that often impact each other.
