Andrew Dimitriou
Firm principal Andrew Dimitriou handles all aspects of general civil litigation, with a particular emphasis in the areas of business, real estate, construction, and tax law. Mr. Dimitriou's clients range from small business owners to attorneys, accountants, architects, and other professionals. His approach focuses on addressing issues before they turn into problems, examining each case holistically and identifying practical ways to resolve both legal and non-legal matters.
Mr. Dimitriou is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the Ethics Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is a past Chair and past Vice-Chair of the Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Committee of the Barristers Club of San Francisco. He also previously served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Taxation Committee of the Barristers Club of San Francisco.
Mr. Dimitriou has lectured extensively to the Bar Association of San Francisco and other organizations on topics including legal ethics, tax issues, business issues, real estate, estate planning, and probate. He is the primary author of publications of the California Education of the Bar, including Attorney C Forms Manual and Advising California Partnerships.
Mr. Dimitriou earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and received his Juris Doctorate and his LL.M. in Tax from Golden Gate University School of Law.
