Hanesther Kim
Hanesther Kim is an associate attorney with Dimitriou & Associates, P.C., focusing her practice in the area of business law, including breach of contract, fraud, landlord-tenant, real property, and corporate governance matters. Ms. Kim has experience in all aspects of litigation and is fluent in Korean.
Ms. Kim graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley, and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Before joining Dimitriou & Associates, Ms. Kim served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Lillian Sing of the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco. Previously, she acquired significant experience in commercial law while working as the research assistant to Professor H.G. Prince. Ms. Kim has also tutored law students in corporate law.
Ms. Kim is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the California Supreme Court. She is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the American Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association. Ms. Kim also serves on the board of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California.
